Chalet Bleu Infini ...
If you're looking for something stylish and a little different, Bleu Infini will tick all your boxes. This stunning chalet for 15 has been cleverly designed over four floors, all of which are connected by a lift.
The chalet has been built into the side of the mountain, so while you enter on the ground floor at the front, by the time you get to the top floor, you can walk straight out into the garden.
Chalet Bleu Infini is in a great location too, with panoramic views over La Balme ski area, the Fernuy piste and towards the Beauregard plateau. It's a short drive to the shops and restaurants of La Clusaz, and the lifts and pistes are a few minutes away. If you'd rather not drive, the ski bus stops at the end of the road.
In summer, it's a lovely walk to the lake at Confins, or along the river into La Clusaz. The village boasts a modern watersports centre providing activities for all ages and a wellbeing area. The nearby Lake Annecy is another great place for swimming, paddleboarding, and sailing.
About the property ...
With 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for 15 at Chalet Bleu Infini.
There's a garage on the ground floor for 4 cars, a bike racks and ski storage. There's also a boot room with heated rack and plenty of storage for helmets and bags etc, and a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and sink. A lift connects all the floors of the chalet.
On the first floor you'll find the first living area - a home cinema separated, a games area and a seating area with cosy sofas around a television. Children will love the two bunk rooms, each with three custom-made bunk beds (90x200) and a large wardrobe. During the day, you can slide back the wall between the bedrooms, leaving a huge play space! There's a bathroom across the corridor, as well as a separate toilet, a shower and the sauna.
Also on this level, you'll find an underground corridor leading to the renovated "mazot", with two single beds (or one double), a shower and wc. On the upper floor of the mazot, is a fully-equipped office with a stunning view over the mountains, a double desk, two monitors and a printer/scanner. The owner also plans to install air conditioning for summer 2024. It's the perfect space for guests who would like to work remotely from Chalet Bleu Infini, away from the distractions of the main property. It is accessible through a ladder-style staircase and trapdoor inside, and has another access from outside the property.
There are 4 more ensuite bedrooms on the second floor. The master suite has a bathroom with separate shower. One of the other bedrooms opens onto a private terrace. There are two separate toilets off the corridor.
The main living space is on the top floor, making the most of those spectacular piste views. The upper seating area is separated from the staircase by an open bookcase, and from the lower seating area by a stunning contemporary fireplace. With a huge sofa on three sides of the room, it's a cosy place catch up on your day. The lower seating area takes in the stunning views, as does the large dining table, where you can all eat together. Bi-fold doors lead on to a sheltered terrace where you can enjoy a drink before dinner.
The ultra-modern kitchen makes cooking a pleasure - there's a huge fridge/freezer, 2 dishwashers and 2 ovens. A wide glass door leads out to the rear of the chalet.

Bleu Infini is set in a great location, just a few minutes from La Clusaz and overlooking the popular La Balme ski field.
La Clusaz is an authentic mountain village which blends tradition with up-to-date facilities. Its traditional chalets and lively streets offer a vibrant setting with Savoyard charm. Nestled in the heart of the Aravis massif, it is only 30 min from Annecy and close to Le Grand-Bornand and Manigod. Its warm atmosphere and easy accessibility make it a popular destination year-round.
In winter, the resort provides easy access to the Aravis ski area, offering 210km of pistes that combine long descents and technical sectors across La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand, Manigod, and Saint-Jean-de-Sixt. The region also offers a variety of winter activities, including cross-country skiing, dog sledding, sledging, snow biking, ice diving and ice skating.
During the rest of the year, numerous hiking and biking trails lead to superb views over the Aravis, such as the Plateau des Glières. The village boasts a modern watersports centre providing activities for all ages and a wellbeing area. The nearby Lake Annecy is another great place for swimming, paddleboarding, and sailing. Other summer activities include via ferrata, climbing and paragliding, leaving you with a wealth of memories to take home.

“Perfect stay in la Clusaz”
We had a wonderful stay, the chalet was incredible. The equipment in general was well above expectations: baby accessories, a fully equipped kitchen, a ski room with a boot dryer, a super comfortable living room, washing machines and dryers, large beds with excellent bedding, bathrobes, samples, etc. The chalet also offers a superb view of the area.
The shuttle is nearby to take you to the Balme departure in 2 minutes.
A few small details with limited impact on the stay: The open staircase provides nice lighting but is not soundproof, so the noise from the living room is quickly heard in the bedrooms. The air seemed drier in the bunk bed rooms than in the other rooms. Apart from that, we had an excellent stay and recommend this chalet 100%.

This was our second stay in this chalet, and we hope to be able to return again with the family within the next two years.

A very pleasant interaction with Coraline and a chalet with exceptional comfort. Everything is designed for 15 people, and the view is breathtaking.

PLEASE NOTE that the maximum occupancy of the property is 15 people. In accordance with the fire safety regulations, the property complies with the provisions of the January 31, 1986 decree (later amended) for residential buildings. Therefore, although the property has beds for 16 people, the maximum occupancy of the chalet must not exceed 15 in order for it to comply with the provisions of the decree of 22 June 1990 related to establishments that provide public access.
The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up before arrival. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your card details are securely held for up to 14 days after departure. If no charge is required, they will be deleted.

Chalet Bleu Infini, in La Clusaz, is a contemporary four-storey chalet for 15, just a few minutes' drive from La Clusaz.
We love the fantastic views from the front of the property, which stretch all the way from the Beauregard plateau, past the Fernuy piste to La Balme - you can even enjoy the view from the bath!
It's a great choice for families too, with several seating areas - there's a home cinema area, a TV and games area and on the top floor, two stylish living areas where you can enjoy each other's company, curl up with a book or just gaze at that view! The large dining table is big enough for everyone to sit down together, but if you're rather feed the children separately, there's another table on the first floor.
The house is built into the side of the mountain, but clever use of huge windows and light tubes make it very bright.
There's plenty of room in the garage for four cars, with space for another two outside, and the well-appointed boot room is one of the nicest we've seen.
If you're looking for somewhere for a very special holiday, close to the village, great skiing and fantastic walks, Bleu Infini is a great choice.
